MISSION AND VISION
EFCC is an all-volunteer body incorporated in 1975 as a charitable 501(c3) to represent the interests of the residents of East Falls, and work to improve the neighborhood.
The officers of the East Falls Community Council see the EFCC as a bridge – a bridge between the different streets and voices in East Falls, between the community’s needs and available resources, between the community and the city of which it is a part, and between the past and the future and the present and the future.
Together, we must challenge each other to identify what needs to change and what needs to remain the same. As we work together, we will:
Listen as much as we talk;
Treat each other with respect and dignity; and,
Strive to to be welcoming to and inclusive of all.
The Council meets regularly on the second Monday of each month, giving neighbors the opportunity to voice their concerns and participate in decisions affecting the community.
