ZONING COMMITTEE

The Zoning Committee is chaired by Hilary Langer, EFCC's 1st Vice President.

The Zoning Committee monitors and researches proposed and actual changes in zoning and/or property use, and seeks input from neighbors who might be affected by any proposed changes.  In addition, the committee reports its activities to East Falls Community Council members at each EFCC general membership meeting.

To learn more, visit the Zoning page on this site.

The Zoning Committee typically meets on the third Wednesday of every month.
